Scissor Lift Series—SL & SLX
Scissor lift with "store, show and service" positions.
Scissor Lift retracts your projector to ceiling level or above, then lowers it to
project
ion and service positions set to your specifications. A patented design with
scissors on the left, right and back sides stabilize the projector from any sway both
laterally and front–to–back.
The movement of the pan is driven by a gearmotor with a powerful, reliable metal
chain drive system.
Equipped with a fail-safe inertial safety belt system, and a cable management
system that brings a pre-wired power cable right to your projector.
Operation is 115V; switching is 12V. Lifting capacity is 50 lbs.
SL Models lower projector up to 10´
Seven Scissor Lift SL models oer "service" positions ranging from 4´
to 1´.
SLX Models lower projector up to 1’
Seven Scissor Lift SLX models oer "service" positions ranging from 11´ to 17´ with
no loss of stability.
System Options
• Environmental Airspace Housing—Aluminum housing isolates projector and
lift from environmental airspace above the ceiling. To determine overall height of
plenum housing include closed height of Scissor Lift model, plus projector height,
plus projector bracket height, plus 5˝.
• Ceiling Closure Panels for SL & SLX Series—Universal ceiling closure, with a
recess to accept ceiling tile, or with a smooth surface finished in white. Six sizes
available.
• Ceiling nish kit—
Ceiling closure panel and ceiling trim ring to finish ceiling
opening. Shown in photo of lift at right.
• Factory installed cables—For Video and Projector Control. Draper will
install cables on the lift to save installation time in the field.
• Ceiling access door—A 2´ x 2´ hinged door provides access to the SL and SLX
above a finished ceiling for cleaning, maintenance or repairs without having to
damage the ceiling. Available with a white painted finish or recessed to accept
ceiling tile.
